The ceremony, which is held for the second consecutive year, is an initiative of the Municipality of Nazaré, whose purpose is to enhance the practice of sport and merit by recognizing, valuing and awarding sports results obtained in 2018.
The following categories are awarded: Sports Association / Sports Club of the year; Team of the year; Officer of the year; Athlete of the year (male and female); Coach of the year; Revealing athlete of the year; Adapted Sport; School Sports; Sports Event of the Year; Referee / Judge of the Year; Ethics in Sport; Sport figure; Tribute Career – Sports Agent; Posthumous tribute; Prize “The Farol” and Sports Merit (District, Regional, National and International).
The night of Gala will be filled by moments of humor, with Eduardo Madeira; of music, with Diogo Rodrigues “Churky”; and dance, with the Nelly’s Dance Studio Hip Hop School.
