The “Festas do Sítio” are coming, the popular festivities of the municipality of Nazaré that have been held for decades as part of the religious celebrations in honor of Our Lady of Nazaré.
From 7 to 15 September, the Atlantic Park (Sítio da Nazaré) will be the stage of music, gastronomy and popular entertainment. It will be the first year of event fully organized by the City Council.
The Holidays officially open on September 7, with Olavo Bilac, owner of one of the most unmistakable voices of Portuguese music, taking the main stage around 10:30 pm.
Mr. Entertainment, Herman José, will perform on stage on the 8th with a show that brings together all his artistic expression, the result of the fusion of various arts, such as humorous writing, author and musical performer, musician, multifaceted actor and storyteller. Not to lose! At 10:30 pm
Portuguese-Brazilian singer, songwriter and dancer Blaya will be the guest of the 13th (10:30 pm); which will be followed by Évora’s young band “Átoa” on September 14.
It will be up to Cuca Roseta to close the Festas do Sítio on the 15th. The Portuguese singer will take the stage at 10:30 pm, set time for all concerts on the main stage of this event.
The musical entertainment will be daily at the Food Court and the youngest will have an afternoon dedicated to them on the 15th.
