The Nazaré Sports Pavilion hosts the National Poomsae Proof – Kups, which takes place next Saturday, April 23, from 9:00 am.
The race will be run by 200 athletes in various levels, representing sports institutions across the country. Taekwondo Club of Nazaré, host of the competition, will be in the race with five athletes [individual and a couple].
The poomsae is the most technical aspect of Taekwondo.
