On the hills overlooking Nazaré on the Silver coast of Portugal 24 apartments in 4 blocks are currently under construction. For each building block there are only two apartments on each floor which gives good privacy. All apartments offer a fantastic view over Nazaré, the ocean, and surrounding areas. On a clear day you see all the way to the Peniche peninsula in south as well as the Berlengas islands. The view towards the hilly landscape facing east is also really spectacular. The apartments will be ready by spring 2021.
As of today (January 5th 2021) there are 15 apartments available. 4 of these are 3 bedroom apartments and 11 are 2 bedroom apartments. Sizes span from 91 – 129 sqm. Prices from 261.000 € to 393.000 €. All apartments have good size balconies and the top floor apartments also have have private terraces. Nice pool area with sea view in front of the building.
