The 37th edition of the open sea swim competition \u201cProva de Mar\u201d was held on August 15 2019 in Nazar\u00e9 on the Silver coast. In bright sunshine more than 100 enthusiastic competitors mastered the 1.300-meter half marathon water race, celebrated by thousands of people cheering at the finish line on the beach.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Lino Bogalho at Nazar\u00e9 Water Fun Niklas Fors\u00e9n from Imo Nazar\u00e9\/Portugalagent was able to see the start from the sea. Look at his pictures below!<\/p>\n

Winner was Joao Correia from Clube de Nata\u00e7ao de Alcoba\u00e7a, followed by Gon\u00e7alo Balbino ond 2nd<\/sup> and Abel Afonso coming in 3rd<\/sup>, both from CNTN-Triatlon.<\/p>\n
